Paam Laafi's Children's Community Center

Right next to our hospital compound Paam Laafi Association owns a second piece of land which will serve three purposes.

Lodging for interns and staff, rooms for occupational therapy and fysiotherapy and space to host children's activities and sports (Children Community Center). Burkina government is developing land right adjacent to us by building 1.000 social houses. This means that within 5 years from now there will be around 3.000 kids running around our area and we would like to provide space for them to learn and play.

Although we are still working on a lot of paperwork, we already were able to get started with the soccerfield and we just finished the fencing and wall around the premisses.

TearfundYouth is organizing a soccer tournament to sponsor part of the building of that soccer field, We already had help of Transcordec Burkina to clear out the space and Bia is going to help us with the leveling of the field.
